Welcome to A Cut Above Tree Service, a company with a rich history of providing top-notch tree services to the Las Vegas area. Established in 1972 by Ronald McDuffie, a military veteran and experienced tree service professional, our company has been serving the community for over four decades. Meanwhile, Luis, who had a passion for heights due to his experience as a trapeze artist, moved to Las Vegas in the early 2000s and started working in construction. It was during this time that Luis met Ronald while working on the front yard of his house. Ronald noticed Luis' talent and dedication to the job and invited him to work with him. From there, Ronald taught Luis everything he knew about the industry, and they developed a strong bond that led to a successful business partnership. Ronald's passion for providing exceptional tree services, combined with Luis' talent and dedication, has allowed A Cut Above to establish a stellar reputation as a reliable and trustworthy company in the industry.

Despite the company facing challenges in 2010, Luis never lost faith in A Cut Above's potential. He knew the company had a solid foundation and was determined to keep the legacy going. In 2014, A Cut Above was reopened, and Luis led the company with the same passion and dedication that Ronald instilled in him. Sadly, Ronald was diagnosed with cancer the following year and passed away in September 2015. But his legacy lives on through Luis and the rest of the team.

Today, A Cut Above remains a family-owned business operating in Las Vegas, and we continue to uphold Ronald's legacy of providing exceptional tree services with attention to detail, precision, and care. We believe in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and building a sense of trust that goes beyond just the job at hand. At A Cut Above, we take pride in our history, and we are committed to ensuring that we maintain the same level of quality that has made us a trusted name in the industry for over 40 years.
